The Bluebell Railway welcomes Coach Groups of any size with plenty of discounted rates and options available to you.
Group bookings must consist of 10 or more passengers to be able to reserve seats and get the discounted group rate.
Standard travel for the 1 hour & 45 minute return journey is £12.50 per adult & £6.25 per child (3 and under 16) There is no group rate on single journeys. The best available times to travel with a group are on the 11.00am, 1.15pm & 3.30pm trains on service one days and 9.45am, 12.15pm and 2.45pm trains on service two days as they are walk through carriages that hold more passengers and offer toilet facilities and a buffet car selling snacks and drinks.
Joint tickets with the National Trust Gardens
The Bluebell Railway and Sheffield Park Gardens offer a joint ticket priced at £16.50 per person. This includes a 1 hour and 45 minute return journey on the train at the Bluebell and entrance to the Gardens. (We are approximately 1 mile away from Sheffield Park Gardens).

Steam & Cream
Enjoy a Cream Tea on board the train from Sheffield Park only. £19.50 per person including travel and tea.
Ploughman's Plus
Travel though the Sussex Countryside whilst relaxing with a Ploughman's Lunch on board the train from Sheffield Park only. £21.00 per person including travel and lunch.
A non refundable deposit is required on booking to confirm your visit. Full payment is required at least one month before the travel date.
Facilities available
Provision for disabled visitors - a carriage for wheelchair bound or mobility impaired visitors is normally available.
Reserved accommodation on trains - seating in open plan carriages is reserved for groups starting their journeys from Sheffield Park.
Toilets - facilities are available on board most trains (not disabled) and at all four stations.
Picnic areas - these are available at Sheffield Park, Horsted Keynes and Kingscote. While covered areas are available beneath platform canopies and in the Waiting Rooms at both Horsted Keynes and Kingscote. Snacks can also be eaten on board the train.
Refreshments - full refreshments facilities are available at Sheffield Park, while a buffet car serving light refreshments is normally available on the train.
