Ffarquhar Branch layout at the Model Railway Weekend
We’re delighted to announce that the famous Ffarquhar Branch layout will be appearing at the Bluebell Railway Model Railway Weekend. Originally created by Rev. W. Awdry as part of The Railway Series, this historic OO gauge layout is an important piece of railway-modelling heritage and a rare opportunity to see one of Awdry’s own creations on display.
Now cared for by the Talyllyn Railway, the layout captures the character and operating principles that inspired The Railway Series and generations of railway enthusiasts.
