Visiting the Archives
We welcome visitors to the Southern Railways Archive all year round.
- Visits are by appointment and our normal working day is Monday.
- There is no official charge for visiting, although small donations are always welcome.
- We are located just off the A24 at Beare Green, just south of Dorking.
- The nearest railway station is Holmwood. The Archive is about 15 minutes’ walk from the station.
