LSWR B4 No.96 ‘Normandy’

An update from the Bulleid Society is available for this locomotive which is currently being overhauled in ‘Atlantic House’ at Sheffield Park.

Dukedog has moved to Severn Valley Railway

This article, from February’s Bluebell Times, explains the move, following two years on display in the old locomotive shed at Aberystwyth, of the Bluebell’s GWR 4-4-0 locomotive No.9017 to the SVR, where it will be displayed for two years in the Engine House at Highley.

Update: 12 March 2026

In the last couple of days, 9017 ‘Earl of Berkeley’ has been moved into the Engine House at Highley, on the Severn Valley Railway.

6989 ‘Wightwick Hall’ has now moved from the Bluebell Railway to the Epping Ongar Railway for a short visit, after which it will be again on the film set, for the filming Series Two of the Harry Potter TV series. Series One should be broadcast later this year.
