Join us for a very special journey aboard The Best of Sussex, an exclusive train being run in association with Harvey’s Brewery.
As we travel through the Sussex countryside, you will enjoy a selection of ales from the county’s legendary brewery, accompanied by a grazing board of local produce consisting of sausage rolls, scotch eggs, pork pies, Sussex crisps and pork scratchings.
During your journey, we will serve you Armada Ale and Old Ale as well as Harvey’s new beer Sussex Stronghold and a surprise tasting of one of Harvey’s rarer brews.
On board the train, we will also have the renowned Harvey’s Best Bitter and Harvey’s XX mild available to purchase from the White Horse bar. We are also fortunate that a member of the Harvey’s family will be joining us for the evening and will be on hand to tell you about Harvey’s brewing heritage and the beers on offer.
On return to Sheffield Park, the White Horse will remain open, and additionally, the Bessemer Arms will also be open, offering Harvey’s Halt IPA and a seasonal ale so you can enjoy the rest of the evening at leisure with a pint of Harvey’s Sussex Ale.
