Evening silver Service dining on board the Golden Arrow Pullman.
Step on board the Bluebell Railway’s Golden Arrow Pullman where you can savour the golden age of luxury train travel of the 1920s.
The Golden Arrow recreates a long forgotten era, when the only way to travel was by train in carriages with comfortable armchairs, highly polished brass fittings and superbly ornate marquetry panelled surroundings.
Whether you are celebrating a birthday or anniversary, or just looking to enjoy a finely prepared two-course meal whilst travelling through ever changing Sussex countryside, the Golden Arrow Pullman is the perfect choice. The Golden Arrow operates with three Pullman cars, Christine dating from 1928, Fingall from 1924 and Car 54 from 1923, all beautifully restored to their former glory when such cars were used to convey passengers between London and Paris as part of the original Golden Arrow Pullman.
Upon arrival at Sheffield Park Station, enjoy a glass of Prosecco accompanied by canapés in the Bessemer Arms before boarding the Golden Arrow ready for a 7pm departure. Enjoy a freshly crafted, seasonal two-course meal that showcases the high culinary standards we uphold, served by our attentive uniformed stewards, whilst completing a return trip to East Grinstead.
