Every effort will be made to provide services according to the published timetables but unforeseen circumstances may entail alteration or cancellations.

Bluebell Railway reserves the right to alter or amend the type of locomotive traction for any service at any time and without prior warning.

Bluebell Railway reserves the right to vary any of the provisions of this website without prior notice.

Return of Goods

We want you to be 100% happy with your goods. Should you have any reason to return items purchased from our shop, they may be returned within 28 days of receipt providing that they are returned in the original packaging and in the condition in which they were sold.
Exceptions to this guarantee are for DVD’s, which unless they prove faulty in manufacture, will not be refunded or exchanged.
Returned goods must be accompanied by the invoice number, date of purchase and reason for return.
Please note: That you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or if the item is faulty. As soon as we receive the item(s) as above, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the items normal postage charge. We cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.

Refund of Train Travel and Event Tickets

The purchase of Train Travel Tickets and Event Tickets is governed by our standard policy.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We advise all visitors to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to departure time.

No refunds are given for missed trains.

Where alterations are agreed by the Bluebell Railway, any tickets previously received by the customer must be returned to, and received by, the Bluebell Railway before replacements can be issued.

Refund of Tickets for Dining and Catering Services

Tickets for dining and catering services are non-refundable.

We advise all visitors to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their booked departure time.

No refunds will be given for missed trains.

Alterations and cancellations of bookings will be made at the discretion of The Bluebell Railway. A per person administration fee will be applied to any changes that are made.

If you need to cancel or alter your booking please contact the Customer Service Team. Refunds or transfer of bookings can only be considered if we receive at least a month’s notice prior to the booked date of travel.
