Donate to The Bluebell Railway Trust
The Bluebell Railway is the oldest standard gauge railway in the UK having been started in August 1960. We have a unique collection of locomotives and rolling stock that has been restored to service for use on trains between Sheffield Park and East Grinstead. The Railway is staffed by 50 employed staff and over 700 volunteers who have developed unique heritage skills .
The Railway is funded by donations from members and friends together with generous public support. The Bluebell Railway Trust is a registered charity and it is responsible for administering all donations received on behalf of the Railway.
If you would like to help to preserve and maintain the Bluebell Railway, you can do so in many different ways, as follows:
Donate Online
You can make a donation to the Bluebell Railway Trust via Sage Pay by completing the form on our Make a Donation page. This is a secure transaction that is very cost effective and is set up to claim Gift Aid on your donation, subject to your approval.
Currently we are mainly seeking donations for the Jewel in the Crown Appeal for the restoration of Horsted Keynes’ Grade II listed station but donations can also be made to a number of other funds listed in the drop down box on the form.
Donate by cheque or bank transfer
You can donate to The Bluebell Railway Trust by bank transfer or cheque.
In the case of donations by bank transfer, please instruct your bank to make payment of the donation to:
