Cancellations made less than a month before the booked date of travel will not qualify for a refund. A £10 charge applies to all cancellations and alterations.
Tickets allow all day travel on advertised service trains.
Book at least 8 days in advance for a specified day and get unlimited all line discounted tickets saving upto £2.50 per adult.
Please note that bookings made under this special offer do not qualify for a refund under any circumstances and no alterations can be made.
