BACHMANN 391-130 MAINLINE HUNSLET 0-4-0STT LINDA FFESTINIOG RAILWAY GREEN OO9 GAUGE

Following the launch of our highly-acclaimed Bachmann Narrow Gauge OO9 scale Mainline Hunslets in the Winter 2022 British Railway Announcements, we are delighted to reveal this new model of ‘Linda’ in Ffestiniog Railway Lined Green livery.

Each of the Mainline Hunslets can now be modelled faithfully at various points during their working lives thanks to our versatile tooling suite, which incorporate the highest levels of detail and exquisite livery application using the latest paint application techniques. This latest addition to the Mainline Hunslets range depicts ‘Linda’ is it ran on the Ffestiniog line between 1964 and 1969 after it had received its green livery, modified cab profile, tender, and been converted to left-hand drive, but before being rebuilt as a 2-4-0STT.

These small but mighty models feature a diecast metal saddle tank, cylinder block, frames and footplate; coupled with a precision moulded cab, smokebox and other separate detail components to produce a model that is strong and robust yet intricately detailed. The cab interior is a work of art and behind the hinged, posable firebox door, firebox lighting is fitted, and this operates on both analogue and DCC.
